Levels

{DSG HOME}
Leveling up is not required. It is only for those wishing to push themselves to the limits.
All Fitness requirements will be done in full kit {PC with plates, 4 full rifle mags, boots, range clothes, rifle}

15 minutes in Hell is
1 min pull-ups
2 min push-ups
3 min walking lunges
4 min plank
5 min air squats

{Fitness Standards}

Level I
Fitness:
15 minutes in Hell

Shooting:
Conduct Standard COF under 12 minutes.

Mind:
Select a book/article from the reading list and write at least one page on what you learned and how you plan on integrating it into your training.
Essay must be approved by Founders

Level II
Fitness:
15 minutes in Hell
Run to gravel pit
Haul water cans back

Shooting:
Standard COF, under 7 minutes.

Mind:
Find a book/article to add to the reading list and write a one page essay on why it is a valuable addition.
Essay must be approved by Founders

Peer Review:
Unanimous approval by Founders

Level III
Fitness:
15 Minutes in Hell
Run to entrance
Pick up water cans at 2nd roundabout, haul them back

Shooting:
Standard COF, zero misses, under 7 minutes.

Mind:
Read American Insurgents American Patriots. Essay topic to be assigned on an individual basis.
Essay must be approved by Founders

Peer Review:
Unanimous approval by Founders
